The use of reflective Bakelite has caused some cameras difficulty with internal reflections, but the Purma Special has been well designed to avoid this shortcoming of the material. As the camera spins in this view, the reflective qualities of "Bakelite" will become rather apparent. The external textured finish is moulded with the body.
