Compare the FED 1 with it's Leica II inspiration. The FED and its Zorki derivatives enjoy an alternative life these days by being rebuilt as Leica fakes, although they are easily identified. Even if visually they appear identical, any "crunchiness" in the advance mechanism will betray them.
